What happened to Jolene Merlin?

On Friday June 4, 2021...

Jolene was framed for a serious Terms of Service violation under Linden Labs' Age Play clause.

While she originally presumed she was framed by a Griefer in-world; by the name of Deman Amat; and she does not deny that an incident took place with this individual, through which she was framed; an incident which she planned to use to report this individual for Terms of Service violations...

She now however suspects this frame to have not been the actions of this other Resident, but rather to have been orchestrated by Linden Labs themselves after she had a recent real world Job Interview with them, just a couple weeks prior.

After making a number of appeals to Linden Labs to reverse their decision, appeals that were repeatedly rejected...

Linden Labs then made false accusations against her claiming she had "severely violated" their Terms of Service on Age Play, on "multiple occasions".  

They then terminated her main Account, as well as her Alternate Accounts, and banned her from Second Life.

She however stands by her claims of innocence regarding their false accusations that she "severely violated the ToS on multiple occasions", and she stands by her clean record after 14 years as a Resident of Second Life.

While rejecting her numerous appeals; Linden Labs has remained callous and bias towards her, and completely ignored her pleas to them to reconsider.

This incident has caused her significant emotional distress and severe anxiety attacks...

She is now seeking a Lawyer to help her pursue Legal Action against Linden Labs in this matter.
